Booking Conditions
- Once we have received
a booking form and payment from you, your booking will become confirmed.
We will then send you confirmation in writing or by e-mail.
- The person making
the booking guarantees payment of the total cost of the apartment and
does so for all others for whom the booking is made.
- A non-refundable
deposit of £100/week is required to confirm bookings. The balance must
be paid eight weeks prior to departure date. If a booking is made within
eight weeks of the holiday, then full payment must be made at the time
of booking to ensure confirmation of the booking.
- The owners reserve
the right to cancel the booking if payment is not received by the due
date.
- The owners are
not responsible in respect of: death, bodily injury, accident, illness,
loss or mishap to any guests whilst visiting the property.
- All guests are
strongly advised to take out an appropriate travel/holiday insurance
before leaving the UK.
- Written notification
must be given by the lead-name on the booking form if the booking is
to be cancelled. Cancellation shall be determined by the date that this
written notice is received and it is as follows: Cancellation 56 days
plus - loss of deposit, 28-56 days - 50% of full payment lost, less
than 28 days - no refund allowed unless replacement booking secured.
- The accommodation
provided is only for the use of the number of people shown on the booking
form. On no account must the number of people exceed the maximum occupancy
of 6 persons specified.
- A security deposit
of £100 may be required along with the final payment. This will be returned
within 30 days after the holiday unless the management company report
any damage or excess cleaning requirements (Not required in this case).
- The apartment may
not be occupied before 3pm on the day of arrival unless prior agreement
has been reached with the owners.
- The apartment must
be vacated by 11am on the day of departure unless prior agreement has
been reached with the owners.
